I'm a Holistic Personal Trainer with over six years of experience helping people reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel empowering, healing, and sustainable.
My work is rooted in a body-first approach to well-being—one that prioritises listening, adapting, and moving with intention. Whether we're rebuilding strength, restoring mobility, or simply learning to move with more ease, my goal is to help you experience movement not as a source of stress or discomfort, but as a tool for transformation.
Over the years, I’ve worked across both the fitness and arts worlds, coaching a wide range of clients—from actors to athletes, including those managing hormonal disorders. My training philosophy blends functional movement, nervous system regulation, behaviour change, and therapeutic interventions to create truly personalised support.
In 2024, I was diagnosed with Endometriosis, an experience that deepened my commitment to making exercise more accessible, compassionate, and inclusive—especially for those living with hormonal imbalances or chronic pain. I understand firsthand the frustration of not feeling heard in traditional fitness settings, and I’m here to change that.
